Av Hotel Milano

Oh my gosh, the welcome was, like, super cute with Prosecco on Christmas Day! The Cinema Room was just gorgeous and so comfy. The staff was chill and helpful. Seriously, just a quick walk to the old town too. Just wish they had, like, better bathroom space for more stuff!

Our room was compact and modern, it had hypo-allergenic pillows.

The triple room was neat and new-fashioned, with central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. We really enjoyed wake-up service available. The location was excellent, really near railwaystation where also bus to airport departs, it's a plus. The staff there were outstandingly accommodating and amiable.

Finding the entrance proved to be a real maze. It lingers like a hidden treasure with unclear signage, and the air conditioning being stuck on heating turned our room into an uncomfortable sauna. The iron provided was just a metal plate-no table, no cloth-just an odd touch to a stay that didn't quite fit the hotel mold. It felt more like a floor claimed in a regular building than a genuine hotel.

This was my really lovely stay in a very clean and good value for money hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect to airports. It was also very close to Opposite central station, Milano Centrale and all top attractions

Check-in was simple, but finding the entrance was tricky since the hotel is on the first floor of a residential building with minimal signage. The room was clean with comfortable beds and ample space for our luggage. Brian, the receptionist, was helpful, giving us tips on navigating Milan. A nice touch was the coffee service available from reception, though it required asking each time. It was disappointing to see towels changed daily. I prefer a more sustainable approach. The hotel provided a solid stay, but clearer entrance instructions and more eco-friendly practices would enhance the experience.

The location right across from Milano Centrale was perfect for our travels. The shower drain drained very slowly.
